MGP has been retained by the Greater Ottawa Home Builders' Association (GOHBA) to lead a critique of a City of Ottawa report entitled Where Will We Live?, a document that uses a series of assumptions to quantify the theoretical capacity of intensification opportunities in the municipality to 2021.  The study team prepared a response that employed the use of GIS technologies to calculate "probable" supply, taking into consideration the influence of competing land uses, compatibility with surrounding  uses, economic feasibility, site design  and  orientation, community

acceptance, and housing demand trends.  The research and findings informed later work by MGP for GOHBA relating to the Ottawa's Official Plan review.
