MGP is the lead consultant and project manager of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals currently retained to prepare the Master Concept Plan and gain development approvals for Ontario Realty Corporation’s (ORC) Highway 401/Keele Provincial Campus. The site is the location of the future Humber River Regional Hospital’s Acute Care Centre, Forensic Sciences and Corners Complex and government office uses.
